  Excerpt: There was an alley to the right. Too small for the car, or could he follow? Would it be a dead end and he’d have me cornered? It was my only chance. I lunged for its opening. My knee gave as my foot twisted off the curb sending me stumbling forward. My arms thrust out instinctively. I landed snapping my wrist back. They hadn’t softened the blow to my face as I hit the cold wet concrete. Blood spattered from my nose and mouth. My lungs were too fatigued to even muster a scream. Instead this sickened pathetic whimper gurgled out through the stream of blood. As I lay there, trying to muster enough will to get up, the tires squealed to a stop right next to me. My ears rang in a high-pitched echo combined with the sound of my blood rushing in my ears. “Anna!” My whole body shook violently when I heard a rough baritone voice scream my name in an intense rage. There was no way I could run from him anymore. Would I die here? Would he take me somewhere else to prolong my suffering? How long would it take? Another dark thought. Is this what Neesa and her mother had seen? Futilely my eyes closed. If I had to be conscious, I refused to watch my own death. “Anna! Look at me!” One hand held onto my shoulder turning me slowly as another hand carefully took a hold of my chin, tilting it up and making me cough on my own blood. “No.” Worthlessly defiant. I gurgled coughing on the blood filling my mouth relentlessly. “Alright. Just hang on. I’m going to move you, okay,” his voice filled with laughter. Though weak and painful, it flooded with the sound of relief. “No!” The scream was weak and sprayed blood as I spoke. My hand shot up defensively swiping at his face to try to push him away from me. The hand at my chin released to take my wrist gently.

SURPRISES~TWISTS~OH MY!!!

Paranormal Anthology With A Twist
Edited And Compiled By Cynthia Shepp & Rene Folsom

*Voices of the Soul by Rene Folsom*

Ella has a very special gift. Her mother is on her death bed and needs to tell Ella of this special gift before it is too late.
Ella has heard voices through out her life, but never really knew what was taking place in her mind.

Six years after her mothers death, Ella sits in her art class distratced.......until he walks in.......Jonah Chantrey that is.

Suddenly Ella's thoughts are running rapid for this sexy hunk. He responds without saying a word aloud.

Can it be that Ella and Jonah have the same gift?

Yes they discover they are both Soul Seers.

They spend the next couple of hours walking, talking and grabbing a bite to eat. Comparing their soul seeing abilities with one another.

An instant connection is formed and Ella and Jonah make fast plans for a date.

Jonah takes Ella to a stable for a beautiful night ride on two gorgeous horses. They end up at a lake with the moons reflection bouncing off of the rippling water.

Here Ella and Jonah experiment with their soul seeing capabilites and this is where it goes beyond what we expect.........I am not a reviewer to whom of which gives the best parts away.

What happens next will leave you in shock and awe of Rene's writing talents.

Rene's imagination takes us on a captivating~mind blowing~soul shattering journey.

The love and elements of surprise will leave you breathless.

*Number 18 by Michael Loring*

Twenty seven year old Robert preyed upon women for his own sexual satisfaction. Seventeen of them so far. His prey tonight would be a woman he sees at a carnival with her boyfriend. He over
hears them talking about their camp site in the woods. The woman needs to use the restroom and her boyfriend goes to the camp to wait for her. Robert follows the woman and attacks! Will he be the predator? Or will he become the prey?
I thought this story was very intriguing. The twist I knew was there, but had no idea the direction it would go in.
I loved it Michael!
What a major unexpected thrill!

*Sweet Lenora by Bart Hopkins*

Lenora leads a very protected life. Her mother makes sure of it. Question is....why?
In Lenora's eyes her mother is an invalid that needs caring for and never leaves her room. Her mother doesn't allow her to listen to music or much else of anything. She gives Lenora long 30 minute talks of how evil and poisonous the world is.
One day Lenora decides she will make some of her own decisions and starts a friendship with Charlie Swain......her mother is not happy and goes to great lengths to have things her way.
From here on out Bart's twist gets as good as it gets.
Read on book lovers. Bart Hopkins through me for an unexpected loop.

*Truth of Dare by Jon Messenger*

Four friends around, having drinks and playing truth or dare. Could be fun or a recipe for disaster. Jake, Jill, Brent and Whitney play around with their truths and dares. Most of the dares are not followed through. Then Brent boldly dares Jill to spend the night in the local cemetery.
She takes the dare. Once there, creepy things start happening. NO! I am not telling you what these things are.
Bottom line? I surely didn't see this twist ahead. Pay attention book lovers....I bet you won't either!;)

*Suburban Zombie by Anthony Lance*

This is definitely not your every day, typical kind of zombie story. First time ever....but I will not be revealing anything about it. Why you ask?
It needs to be read by the reader in order to fully appreciate the humor. Anthony had me laughing out loud and enjoying every word of his imagination.
Kudos to you Anthony Lance. What a unique read with some very gory and laughable details.

*All I Want For Christmas by Jason Brant*

In this short story Jason graces us with the presence of a thirteen year old girl who writes in her diary about her trials and tribulations of life in general, her parents not giving in to her wants and the crush she has on a boy named Stevie.
It was so brilliantly written that Jason Brant had me believing he actually had been a thirteen year old girl at one time. LOL! Yes, his imagination was that damn good!!
He added a definite creepiness to it and humor all at the same time. I will never know how he does it...but he does it well.;)

*In the Eyes of the Beholder by Penelope Bartotto*

Dominic is a truck driver to whom of which has eyes for one woman and one woman only. Her name is Rose. To Dominic, Rose can do no wrong. He knows nothing of Rose's intentions.
Unfortunately....Rose has more up her sleeve than what meets the eye. Rose believes that men are to do for women, give them all they want and make them happy. She is purely out for her own selfish needs. You will soon learn her game and she will soon learn that her own game can some times come back to haunt her.

Penelope added a bit of crazy and deeply strange weirdness, leaving us with a mind boggling bewilderment!

*Little Tchotchkes by Nicki Scalise*

Marcus Keary has it all together. He is a vampire and is used to getting his meals off of young gothic girls.
One day he meets Jules. They become fast friends after she forgot her wallet and he offers to pay for her coffee.
Marcus waits....and waits.... and waits to make his move. Will he get it? Or does Jules know something he doesn't?
The twists just get better and better book lovers. Wait until you see what Nicki did with this one!
It is true what they say....sometimes things just aren't what they seem.

*I Am Serna by Magen McMinimy*

Damon is sent to protect Ariel a white witch. Serna the dark witch knows in a few years Ariel's powers will be a deadly match against Serna. Damon does as told and finds Ariel. He has no idea what he is up against.
This story was very short and had a pretty great twist. I surely didn't see it coming.

*Bloodlines by S.L. Dearing*

General Heinrich Muller has one goal in mind. That is to find Sascha and Eduard Engel.
After their mama is taken by the Generals soldiers, they are found by the butcher, put on a train and sent to a man they know nothing about.
This man is Patrice Ambroise. The children soon learn who he is and gain the knowledge of a gift they both have.
Patrice gives them an insight in to their history and wants to protect them at any cost.

S.L. Dearing brings so many surprises to this short twist. She added just the right components of intrigue and beauty.
The twist left me wanting more of a full length story. YES! It was that good!

*Metronome by Eaton Thomas Palmer*

Mathew is a serial killer that has been a put in the wing of a maximum security prison. Mathew at one time would prey upon his victims as if he was a spider. He even made a dagger that resembled a spiders fangs, dipped it in poison and then kill.
Mathew however, becomes the prey in his cell. He is tortured in his cell. If he doesn't listen to the clock and do as told he will die. Dr. Edgar Collins is in disbelief over this bogus Mathew is feeding him.
They come to the conclusion that they need to remove the clock. What happens next is an insane twist. If you like psychological thrillers, then this is a short read for you.

***In my opinion these are a bunch of very diverse, unique, fun and a little freaky short stories, which I enjoyed, LOL! What Cynthia Shepp brings to these authors is a challenge and a fun one at that.
Rene Folsom has the talent of bringing the covers to life. They both amaze me and I am forever a fan of both of these wonderful ladies.***

~~COVER REVEAL~~
** Bind Me is an erotic romance short story for ADULTS ONLY! This novelette is roughly 6600 words and contains light BDSM scenes between a curious woman and her very dominant male roommate. **

************************************************************************************
  Bind Me is the second short story in the Roommate Romance series, scheduled to be released in the second week of April 2013.
 BIND ME
by
Rene Folsom

Synopsis

Lily had a suspicion her new roommate was the type to always take control, no matter what the situation. It wasn’t until she accidentally peeked in on Chaz dominating another woman, that her suspicions were realized. Lily watched with amazement as Chaz masterfully played the female like a sensual instrument, bringing her the most intense gratification Lily had ever witnessed.
After witnessing his sexual expertise from a distance and noticing the careful attention he gives to his lovers, Lily wanted nothing more than to have his hands sculpt every inch of her body. Unable to forget the incredibly erotic scene Chaz so skillfully played out, Lily sought to make her desires known by casually submitting to him throughout their daily lives.
To her excitement, Chaz invites Lily to his prestigious art show opening at a local gallery. All it takes is a slinky dress, a pair of kitten heels, and a tiny scrap of lace to drive Chaz wild, causing some very heated moments.

Excerpt

As I knelt there watching his every move with expectation, Chaz began to unbutton the cuffs of his sleeves and roll them up, allowing the defined muscles of his forearms to show. He then began unbuttoning his shirt just enough that the oh-so-sexy tattoo on his left pectoral peeked from beneath the fabric. I was lucky to keep myself from drooling at the sight of the black ink tracing around his toned muscles and perfectly sculpted skin.
“I want you to taste me, Lily. I can’t wait to feel that warm mouth of yours wrapped around every inch of my cock,” he said as he began unbuttoning his pants.
I probably looked a little scared as I tried desperately not to appear as eager as I felt. Just the idea of pleasuring him had me trembling with anticipation. I quivered uncontrollably—my legs shaking, my mouth dry, and my senses screaming for reprieve. The thrumming of my heartbeat began to drown out the sounds of the party above us.
“Say something,” Chaz said with thickness to his voice—as if he was attempting to control himself. “Tell me you want this, Lil. Tell me you want me in your mouth.”
“Yes, Chaz,” I whimpered. “I want you… please.”
“That’s right. I could tell you’ve wanted this ever since you walked in on me,” he said with a smirk. As soon as the words poured from his lips, my stare left the bulge in his pants and met his lust-filled eyes.
“I… I’m…” I stuttered, unsure of exactly what to say. I had no idea he even knew I had witnessed him with another girl.
“Christ, that was hot,” he interrupted. “The fact you knew of my preferences and still wanted me—by far, the sexiest thing about you.”
Wow. He thought my moment of sex-spying was hot? And here I thought I was the only one who got pleasure out of that moment.
“Now, what is it that you want again, Lily? Tell me,” he demanded.
“I want you, Chaz,” I answered in a breathless plea. “I want you in my mouth.”
“Hell yeah, you do,” he responded while releasing his cock from his pants and immediately placing it against my awaiting lips.

***Teaser from "Losing Me, Finding You"***
By C.M. Stunich

“You like Road Kings, beautiful?” a voice says from behind me, and I spin around to find a man standing far too close to my behind. My ass, I correct myself. You're an adult; you can say it.
“Um.” My eyes are looking directly at a black T-shirt stretched over a wide chest, and I have to tilt my chin up to find the face of the man with the most amazing body ever. Oh. My. God. He looks just like my book boyfriend! “I, uh, it's pretty,” I say which makes Mr. Motorcycle laugh.
“Pretty?” he says with some sort of Southern accent that I can't place. “I've never heard 'em described like that, but I guess you're right. She's one, hot fucking bitch.”
“E-excuse me?” I say, floored by this man's language, and his fall of sandy blonde hair, his dark brown eyes that are even now sweeping my body like I'm one of the bikes for sale. He licks his lips and steps even closer to me. “S-she?” Mr. Motorcycle laughs again and I jump. I can't help myself. I've never been so close to a man, let alone one with a sleeve of tattoos and muscles that are slick and moist from the hot sun overhead.
“Can't very well be a he, right? The only thing I'm willing to ride cross country is a she.” He winks at me, but I can't respond, not with him standing so close to me. My throat has just closed up and my mouth is dry.
“Um, okay,” I say and my voice comes out in a whisper. The man, who has the most beautifully chiseled face I have ever seen, reaches out and brushes his fingers across my arm, making me shiver.
“If you like this baby, I could show you mine,” he says and I have to blink several times before I can respond.
“Yours?”
“My ride, beautiful. You want to come see?”
“I … ” I see my mom come around the corner at the end of the block and reflexively reach out my hand for Mr. Motorcycle's massive bicep. My fingers curl around his hard flesh and my whole body goes up in flames. Oh. My romance novels suddenly make a whole lot more sense. My skin feels hot and flushed, like it could conduct electricity. I look up into his face and see that's he looking at me like he's the predator and I'm the prey. “I … I have to go,” I say as I step around him and start back down the block at an even quicker pace than I came.
“Hold up there,” says the man with the dark eyes and the skulls on his upper arm. He grabs my wrist and spins me around. “You in town for the show?” he asks, as I clutch my purse against my chest and try not to pass out. It's awfully hot out here, and my pulse is thumping in my neck like a live thing.
“I live here,” I whisper and he releases me with a wicked, nasty smile that gives me all sorts of strange feelings in my gut. “Why?”
“Well,” he says with a glance over my shoulder. “I thought you might want to grab a drink or something?”
“Um.” I steal a glance down the block and see that while my mom is gone, my aunt is staring at me like I'm possessed. Uh oh. “I have to go.” I start to turn away, but he reaches out and grabs me by the arm, firm but not rough. I shiver.
“Come on, beautiful,” he says. “Tell me your name.”
“Amy,” I say quietly, too quietly. “Amy Cross.”
“Austin,” he says, and that's it. “Now, Amy, I'm not letting you go until you promise to meet me back here tonight for a drink.” I look into this man's dark eyes and feel like I'm falling and burning up at the same time. Two beautiful, beautiful ways to die.
Keeping Never by C.M. Stunich

Recommended for Ages 18 and Up

~SYNOPSIS~
"In your pain, I see my own, so I'm going to tell you and only you, okay?"

Never's past might be under control, but Ty's is just starting to unravel. After receiving a phone call from his broken past, tensions run high between Never and Ty, especially with Never deciding to do something she's never done and keep her pregnancy a secret.

While visiting the skeletons in his dark, dark closet, Ty is threatened by all that he once was and all that he thought he'd overcome. With his pain about to consume him, Never is the only one who stands between Ty and relapse, who can help him control his emotions and find peace, but is she up to it? After all, with two tortured souls desperate for a healing touch, are they more of a hindrance to one another than a help?

Love, marriage, and a baby. Three things that Ty and Never didn't see coming. It's judgment time for both of them, time to see if the light really can overcome the dark. Here's to hoping.

"I know you'll make the right decision, no matter how hard it is, no matter if it cuts you into pieces, because you have to believe that I'll be there for you in the end."

~My Review~

This is the most awesome continuation of Ty McCabe and Never Ross.

At the start of this last book, Ty and Never are still with her family.  It is Christmas time and and Never has resolved most issues with her family.  Most is the key word here.
At this point not much about Ty's past has been revealed......until he gets a dreaded phone call telling him his mother is in the hospital and he better get there as soon as possible.
It is a matter of time before his mother will die.  There are many raw wounds that Ty will have to face going back to New York city.  Never refuses to let him go home and face it alone.  They are there for each other no matter the obstacle or the ugly past.

Sadly Ty was on his own as a very young teenager.  His mom didn't give enough of a shit to take care of him the way a mother should.  Home was the last place Ty ever wanted to be!
It will break your heart and blow your mind what Ty did to survive and have cash.  His childhood was brutal and sad to say the least.

Having Never by his side is exactly what he needs.  Together these two can get through anything.  Many good things come out of him going home.  Knowing they have a baby on the way will they get their happy ending?

C.M. Stunich had me at book one and kept me involved and in love with these two crazy, twisted, smart people.
This is a series to where you are not disappointed and you are so into the books you are lucky if you get up for a bathroom break. LOL!
This author delivered a series of beautiful love between two destined, lost souls.

My only complaint is......I WANT MORE!!!

~Voices of the Soul~
Soul Seers Novella #1
by
Rene Folsom
***
*****

~Synopsis~

Throughout her entire life, Ella has heard voices.  Voices inside her head.  She’s never given much thought as to why she has this gift… or this curse, depending on which way you look at it.  It’s not until she meets the mysterious Jonah that she begins to question her inherited abilities as a Soul Seer.
Learning to deal with loss and love, Ella manages to live a seemingly normal life… or so she thought.

~Excerpt~

Slowly, things started to change. The night sky still shone with brilliance as the stars twinkled overhead like crystalline tears, but the trees and branches no longer obstructed my view. I could feel a chill run through my body, but Jonah’s warmth next to me made it bearable.
The stars began to multiply and were shining so bright, the sky actually looked to be a deep midnight blue. I could even see the misty flow of the Milky Way. Just below the swath of stars was Jupiter, shining radiantly. The fields of stars were so brilliant and plentiful, I could have swore we were floating through space. Nothing else around us but the dazzling stars, like tiny little holes in the floor of heaven.
“Come on, Ella. Let’s stand up,” Jonah said as he knelt beside me with an outstretched hand.
As I stood, I somehow knew where we were. Not because Jonah told me, but because he knew. His thoughts were not separate from mine. Our thoughts were one, together, up at the top of Mauna Kea in Hawaii. The snow-capped mountaintop summit is one of the most popular places in the world to gaze at the stars.
We took several moments to take in what was quite possibly the most dramatic and stimulating scenery I have ever experienced. Stargazing at the heavens, I could see from Polaris to the Southern Cross, along with all the planets and constellations I have learned to identify over the years.
“Isn’t it breathtaking?” Jonah asked, as he held onto me tight and stared up at the starlit sky.
Looking at him, I could see the reflection of stars in his eyes, like diamonds dripping from the universe and winking at me through this beautiful man.

Textual Encounters by Morgan Parker

~Synopsis~

Katie discovers an unlocked iPhone in the back seat of a taxi. But instead of turning it in to the driver as lost, she decides to keep it for herself.

Outside of the usual clutter you would expect to find on a smartphone, what captures Katie's interest is the single conversation she finds on the phone's secure text messaging service, a three-month dialogue between a woman with an uncertain past named Christine and a single, eligible man named Jake.

From Strangers to Soulmates in 90 Days

What starts out as a message intended for someone else ends up being the beginning of a relationship more powerful than anything Christine or Jake have ever experienced.

But nothing ever turns out to be as good as it initially seems and their histories slowly reveal details and past lovers that threaten to derail their humble quest for love.

Forgotten In The Back Seat of a New York City Taxi

Can Christine and Jake overcome the seemingly insurmountable obstacles, doubts and secrets that endanger their love?

If so, why would such a relationship get forgotten in the back seat of a New York City taxi?

Presented in a Format Unlike Any Other You Will Find

Follow Katie as she reads through the 3 months of conversations that form The Christine + Jake Affair and provide the foundation for the Textual Encounters Trilogy.

~My Review~

It all starts when a college student Katie finds a cell phone in the back seat of a cab. Katie begins to scroll through the texts and is immediately captivated and intrigued.
Katie starts the ninety day journey of Jake and Christine's text messages. She has no idea how emotionally drained she will be at the end of the heated love story. It takes Katie on a ride she will never forget. There are so many up and downs that it leaves us asking more questions and what Jake and Christine's motives might be through out the book.

The love affair starts by an accidental text sent to Christine from Jake. This is the beginning of their three month affair that neither one of them saw coming.

We soon learn that one of them has been lying to the other. This textual encounter takes a twist and turn of pure shock and wonder. It leaves us with a major cliffhanger that left me wishing the next was in my grasp.

I have never read anything like this. I wasn't sure if I would liked it based upon the text dialogue between Jake and Christine. I will be the first to tell you, I was pleasantly surprised.
It was very well written by Morgan Parker. I am definitely ready for the next installment.

~Julia Crane Bio~

Julia Crane is the author of the Coexist: Keegan’s Chronicles. She has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Julia has believed in magical creatures since the day her grandmother first told her an Irish tale. Growing up her mother greatly encouraged reading and using your imagination. Although she’s spent most of her life on the US east coast, she currently lives in Dubai with her husband and three children.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Q)    What are you working on now?
A)  I’m really excited, because I just started Rourk. A continuation of Keegan’s Chronicles. Rourk will be deeper and darker.
Q)    Who is your favourite hero/heroine/character from your own books? What about of all time?
A)  That’s a hard one. Right now it’s a tossup between Rourk and Kaitlyn. Of all time, goodness, I would have to say Dagny from Atlas Shrugged. Her character has always stuck with me and I’ve read the book at least three times.
Q)    If you could have take one of your book boyfriends out on a date in the real world, who would it be & where would you go?
A)  I would say Rourk, but he’s far too young for me, so Keegan’s Father Richard. A lot of his characteristics resemble my husbands. Ideal date would be a long weekend somewhere I’ve never been and a lot of time outdoors. No kids!
Kaitlyn had chosen to donate her body to science, never thinking after doing so that she would actually still be living and an experiment. Lucas is her creator and the scientist that has wiped her memory clean of her past and made her the strong cyborg that she has become.
Kaitlyn will awe you with her abilities. She is fierce, intense, strong and capable of taking down anyone that gets in her way.. She is one of the best creations of the world.
Lucas and Kaitlyn begin to feel things for one another and Kaitlyn starts to realize that she has emotions. She starts to feel things she otherwise shouldn't be able to feel. The time Lucas and Kaitlyn spend together bring them close and they begin to fall in love.
There are big things in the way of them being together. Her past is a the biggest part. She thinks of herself as a "Freak Of Nature." Lucas sees nothing but a beautiful woman before him.
Dr. Harrington the money behind the project will be their biggest obstacle. He is the money behind the project, the boss if you will. Once he decides Kaitlyn is ready, he will hand her over to the government for military research and combat.
Lucas and Kaitlyn will have to find a way to be together and live a life as simple as they can strive for. Will it ever be normal? That is the burning question.......
This book had me at "Hello." So to speak. lol
The elements that Julia has brought into this book are intriguing. She takes you on the highs and lows of this journey and your heart roots for Kaitlyn and Lucas.
I was captivated and could not put it down. I had never read a Julia Crane book until now and I was so impressed that I will now be a forever fan of hers.
Legacy Of Blood by J.L. McCoy
~Synopsis~
Skye Morrison begged for death. Fortunately, someone didn't listen. Skye awakens to discover she has been irrevocably changed and the unprecedented circumstances of her rebirth have now created a new threat to her very existence. Sired by both the monster Amun and the vampire Archer Rhys, Skye must prove to the army of An Dilis (The Faithful) whose essence is most dominant within her and that she is not a danger to them or society. The Faithful soon discover that she is unlike any vampire ever created before as she struggles to adjust to her new life and the changes that come with it. Her recent brush with death has made Skye realize that life is precious and she wastes no time telling the one she loves how she feels about him. But, Amun finds out that someone interfered with Skye's transformation and the intrusion makes him livid. He gives Skye 7 days to come to him or he threatens to begin killing the ones she loves most. Will Skye be able to survive long enough to enjoy her new life now that Amun is hunting her and everyone she loves? Don't miss Legacy of Blood, the fourth installment in the popular Skye Morrison Vampire Series brought to you by author J.L. McCoy.
~My Review~
Oh how I longed for this book.  This has become one of my favorite series of all time and J.L. McCoy does not disappoint.
Skye Morrison awakens and yes she is a vampire.  Not just any vampire, a special kind of kick ass vampire.  She is so special that when she feeds off of another human being, well lets just say it is a mind blowing, hot experience.  It is mucho caliente!
Skye is immediately thrown into a world of confusion and having to prove herself to those around her including the An Dilis (The Faithful).  Not to mention the fact that she is learning about herself, what she can do and how to control these new abilities.
Skye is watched by a guard named Oleif.  She is not allowed to be out of his sight.  Skye must face some true tests and prove that she is not of Amun's kind.  She must pass these tests in order for the the An Dilis to let her live. During these tests Skye will learn many things about herself.
Eventually Skye has to help the An Dilis lure Amun to them.  This doesn't go so well the first go around. The fight scene that takes place the second time between Amun, Skyes vamp family and the An Dilis is gruesome, action packed and awesome!
There are many crazy obstacles Skye faces with her loved ones.  When Trey comes up missing, Skye will do anything to save him from Amun.
The hot and sexy love scene I have been waiting for.....finally happens.  It left me breathless and wanting more.  Archer is the sexiest vamp I would like to know and oh does he give it good. *laughs*
I love what J.L. McCoy did with the end of this book and once again refuse to give any of it away.
I also want to add that this was the most impressive and beautiful cover of all.  My absolute favorite.
J.L. McCoy gave us what we wanted and has taken a step into the most awesome direction imaginable.  She is on a path of absolute genius with these characters in my opinion and has of course left me begging for more.
